Courtney McElroy’s experience in the real estate industry began as a young child. Courtney, as a born and raised Calgarian, grew up watching her Grandmother successfully maneuver the ever – changing Calgary real estate market for over 10 years.
In 2013, Courtney made an important choice to leave the Corporate world and converted her skill set into the real estate industry here in Calgary. Assisting in the growth of the most successful RE/MAX real estate team in Canada in 2015, she ventured out and partnered with Calgary Nest. Courtney’s main core value has stood the test of time. “I believe that people come first.” Once she ventured out on her own, curating Lively Homes – she achieved Top 10 Realtors® for the month of April in 2020. This spoke loudly with such uncertainty, more people were leaning on her to entrust her to navigate them through.
